SALES: Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on the web site are being offered "AS IS". Most of the items listed are one of a kind or are of limited quantity and/or military surplus items or old surplus new stock from factory.

WEB SITE ORDERS - Bank Deposits, Bank cheque, Money Order. Web site orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Add the items of interest to your cart. When you are finished, select checkout and follow the instructions. The shipping and handling charges are automatically added to your order. (Shipping is based on Australia post only, Orders are normally shipped within 4 days of payment received and/or from when stock arrives at warehouse.

SALES TAX: All Australian residents are required to pay 10% sales tax. tax is automatically applied to the total of your shopping cart.

PAYMENT WITH AUSTRALIA: We accept payment by: Bank Deposits, this the preferred method, bank cheque, money order, personal cheques note personal cheque items will not be sent till cheque clears after 7 working day

PAYMENT OUT SIDE AUSTRALIA: We accept payment by: Bank Deposits, bank cheque, money order, items will not be sent, till cheque clears in no less than 28 working day

Were a direct bank deposit is made, item/good will be shipped to web site orders

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS: All items listed in this catalog are being offered "AS IS". We will do our best to describe the item being offered in as much detail as possible. In some cases, we will go as far as to test the item. Even if the unit or item is "new surplus, or unused condition" it is still being offered "AS IS". Refunds will be offered only if we mis described or misrepresented the item, or it was damaged during shipping due to improper packaging by us. Orders are normally shipped within 4 days of payment received.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically added to your order. (Shipping is based on Australia only, WE SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA VIA AUSTRALIA POST GROUND. Shipping and handling is based on domestic (AUSTRALIA) shipping only. Some adjustments to shipping may be required. Oversized items or heavy items that can not be shipped by AUSTRALIA POST, will also be figured separately and shipped by Fedex. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

Victorian residents can save on shipping by picking up their order in person. Our warehouse is open Monday through to Thursday, 09.00 am - 4 pm Eastern time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday pick up are by arrangements only.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: We require you to provide us with an accurate mailing address, telephone number, email address, so that we can communicate with you regarding your account, purchases and payments. Your identity will be verified through a third-party data verification vendor. We may request additional information from you in order to verify your identity. You are responsible for updating any changes in the account information. We will verify your account information to ensure that you are who you say you are. We do this to protect you and to protect us from, fraud, identity theft, and to ensure that prop engineering items are not sold to people who have been prohibited by the Government from purchasing such items.

We do not sell property to persons from the countries that are prohibited from receiving transfers of surplus military equipment and/or technology. Please check with the appropriate government agency for a current list of prohibited countries. Buyers are advised that purchasing from us and then reselling or attempting to export to these countries is prohibited. The list of prohibited countries is subject to change at the discretion of the Australian Government

Some items may be subject to export restrictions imposed by applicable Australian Laws and Regulations. You are responsible for compliance and should become aware of requirements and associated penalties for failure to comply.

Our assistance will be limited to providing information for the purpose of completing required export license applications, Shipper’s Export Declarations, or other forms. P.E cannot advise you as to which forms, which licenses, or what agencies may have jurisdiction over the property you purchase. You are encouraged to seek expert legal advice regarding export licensing. P.E is not an expert and does not hold itself out as such.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims or liability (including attorneys' fees) for any injuries to persons or property of any type, occurring during or resulting from the sale, removal, miss use or operations of the purchased property

We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all sales or purchases.

FURTHERMORE, THE BUYER (& HIS/HERS, ADMINISTRATORS & ASSIGNS) RELEASES & HOLDS SAID SELLER (AND IT'S AGENTS, SERVANTS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS) HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES & CAUSES OF ACTION WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF PURCHASE, USE, CONSTRUCTION &/OR OPERATION OF SAID AIRCRAFT PARTS THEREOF.

THE SELLER ADMITS TO NO LIABILITY BY PUBLICATION OF THIS WARNING.

PROP ENGINEERING FIRMLY RECOMMENDS THAT THE BUILDER ADHERE TO THE SPECIFIC LIST OF MATERIALS AS GIVEN. ANY SUBSTITUTION OF OTHER MATERIALS WILL RESULT IN AN INFERIOR FINISHED PART & A DEFINITE HAZARD WHEN INSTALLED.

Accepting the Terms

In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept the Terms by:

(A) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Prop Engineering in the user interface for any Service; or

(B) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Prop Engineering will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Prop Engineering. Before you continue, you should print off or save a local copy of the Terms and Conditions for your records.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS


The ordering of Gas Turbine and/or manufactured parts process is defined by three key milestones: Initiation of Order:
At this point the buyer will sign a purchase agreement; provide scheduling, shipping, and place a 50% deposit on the gas turbine and/or manufactured parts this will place you with a manufacturing number in the queue . Based on our capacity and your timing, we will indicate an estimated date of initiation of manufacturing.

Initiation of Manufacturing:
Just prior to the initiation of manufacturing number, we will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for an additional payment of 25% of the total cost. Upon receipt, we will proceed immediately into production.

Shipping:
Upon completion of manufacturing, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and arrange for payment of the balance due on the gas turbine and/or manufactured parts. Upon receipt of payment, your Turbine and/or manufactured parts will be shipped to you immediately and you will be provided with a tracking number. Be assured that your prop engineering Sales Representative will help you through every step in this process.

Prop engineering provides procurement services for the solar T62 range of gas turbines. And is the proven one stop shop for all spare parts and supplies needs to keep the old T62’s in operation. Prop engineering can handle requirements for immediate delivery or through to a long term supply, as well as single line items and large volume inquiries. We specialize inexpensive lists of line items that are required for delivery to one or more locations globally. We have full coverage on your regular purchasing channels.
